My background in Construction & Real Estate over the last 25 years has included the purchase and renovation of Homes and Condos, and the development of Residential and Commercial properties both in Chicago and Myrtle Beach.

Over the last 7 years I have built over 25 million dollars of Residential and Commercial Real Estate. These experiences have given me a wealth of knowledge about what to look for when buying and selling properties or in the Building and Construction of new Homes.
